The BSBs fill the hand nicely. The Junkyards are there to retrieve any Faked Hits or Scores lost to brain damage. Some regular MRAM chips could be substituted if necessary. With a decent draw the runner should win within 5-10 turns the majority of the time. The only chance for the Corp -- as I see it -- is for them to get lucky and draw three agendas in there opening hand. Even then, they have to take the time to use ice or the runner could run breakerless and liberate agenda. So, even if the Corp -- with a perfect draw -- draws three Corporate War, a Weapons Depot and an Accounts Receivable, it should be a close race.
