Runner Deck: Texas Chainsaw Massacre 10 Loan from Chiba 6 Romp Through HQ 5 HQ Interface 4 Bodyweight Synthetic Blood 4 Jack 'n' Joe 3 Fall Guy 3 Temple Microcode Outlet 2 Militech MRAM Chip 2 MRAM Chip 2 Broker 1 Bartmoss Memorial Icebreaker 1 Joan of Arc 1 Shredder Uplink Protocol 1 MIT West Tier I use half 'n half JNJ and BSB because once I have 4-5 Loans out I can't readily afford BSB. I generally only play 1 Militech MRAM or maybe 2 MRAM. I have the mix in there for the same reason... If I start the turn with no bits because of the loans, I don't want to wast three actions drawing bits and installing Militech MRAM When I could use only 2 to install the normal MRAM. I BSB one or JNJ twice for programs. If I don't get them, I Temple Bartmoss and Joan. I try very hard not to run with a loan out unless there is at least one, preferabbly two Fall guys out. The brokers I hold 'till mid game. Then they go down and get advanced every turn. I pull 12-18 bits from one of them instead of using Loans to stretch the usefulness of the Loans. Run hard and fast... romp 2 cards, check the rest with shredder. Or check with shredder, romp if there are any fast advance cards. If City surveilance goes out, you are hosed if you can't pay and don't run it, so watch all installed nodes very carefully. check every card that comes out of R/D. Run R/D once or twice to keep the corp busy icing it. This deck as is will be obsolete when Proteus comes out, but it can be salvaged quite easily. The main concern is that opperation (I forget the name) that allows a trace-4 to trash resouce and give a tag whenever the runner has put a resource in play. The tag is no big deal, but the trashed resource ends the game. My solution to this is two cards. Techtronica Utility Suit and Baedecker's net map. For 6 bits you get 5 anti-trace bits and a lnk of 6 once a turn even if the loans have stripped you of bits. Yeah, Access through Alpha is nice, but too often I am being traced when I have no bits. These two cards plus one fall guy will save my ass even against a 3 action BloodCat. Feel free to comment! And really, David and I have never talked or corresponded... He is just an awesome deck builder ;] JMT
