2) Well having played around a bit, I wanted to offer up the following Runner deck for comments and such. It's goal is to try to maintain a lot of stealth and bit gainers, plus also have some strength at the end game. I've found a lot that near the middle-game or end-game, there's just not that much Agenda to be found, so I put a couple of R&D interfaces in to aid in getting to them before the Corp can. I went approximately 1/3 programs, 2/3 subsidiary stuff. Programs (16) Hardware (10) -------- -------- Pile Driver Raven Microcyb Eagle Dwarf Raven Microcyb Owl Black Dahlia 2xGreen Surge Buffers Raptor 2xR&D Interface Loony Goon HQ Interface Cyfermaster 2xTycho Mem Chip Codecracker Microtech Backup Device 2xVewy Vewy Quiet Cloak Mouse Resources (11) Newsgroup Filter --------- 2xClown Broker SeeYa 2xThe Short Circuit 2xForce Shield Crash Everett-Inventive Fixer Rigged Investments Prep (8) Access to Arasaka ---- Backdoor to Hilliard 2xScore! 2xFall Guy 2xLivewire's Contacts Executive Wiretaps Bodyweight Synthetic Blood 2xIf you want it done right... Total cards: 45 There are a ton of search through the deck cards because I hate getting hosed in the early game because I didn't have the right icebreaker to get into someplace. The deck works fast in the beginning and due to the stealth cards and decks, helps the general fall of in money in the far end game (but hopefully, it won't come to that). Not much to prevent meat damage, just be careful :). Also not a lot to lose tags other than the Fall Guys so plan to crack tag subroutines, or pay to lose it after the run. Pile Driver is the only antithetical agent in the deck, but it's cheap and powerful, mostly meant for early game when 1) you don't have many bits, 2) you probably wont' have any stealth cards, and 3) walls are cheap for the Corp to rez. Thought of putting in Access through Alpha but it's a toss-up between it's expense vs the cost of many traces. In the end game, ideally one would have the followin programs loaded: Black Dahlia Cyfermaster Dwarf Cloak Vewy Vewy Quiet Vewy Vewy Quiet Clown SeeYa And have the Eagle or the Owl in play. If you've got all mem chips and the Owl in play, you can nearly have every program installed that is in the deck. Money management is crucial. There are a lot of moneymakers, but they're aimed at specific regions Score and Livewire: Early game money for installations and breaking Broker, Rigged, Newsgroup, Short-Term: Long term saving when near the end you're going to need mucha moolah to crack 4 layers of ice. Please comment! Some of the card choices were made due to a limited supply, but I'm open to go looking for things :)
